@rhynd50 Hello. I feel your pain, hackers in the war are so annoying and frustrating for honest players. 

Though you are not supposed to “name and shame” in this forum. I recommend you to delete the screenshot. (The opponent doesn’t look like hackers/cheaters either...)

EA has been doing a big sweep on hackers this week. Lots of hackers were send to hackers server and their clubs ELO went back to 1500. Seems they added some new hacker trap. It may take some time until you notice, but EA is trying. Let’s give them some time.

the team mods looked at the opponents we have and instantly removed 5 players for cheating. I only found out after I logged in today. The scores were also adjusted to compensate. At one point 250,000 points in front. Theyd used unlimited sheild busters, unlimited magnatisim unlimited jackpots. Although not all of that team cheated. It’s unfair on the decent honest players in their team too. At its heart it’s a free game, cheating seems so pointless there is no benefit. 🙂

@rhynd50  Yay!! That’s a great news! Yes, when hackers are removed during a war, their score will be reduced from the total score. Let’s see if they will be send back to arena 1 😉 

Hard to say. Even if those left over players weren’t cheating, they won multiple wars because of hackers... maybe they had no clue, maybe they knew it and chose to play with hackers... we don’t know. 

Yeah, cheating/hacking is pointless and so disrespectful for honest players. Let’s keep playing fair and honest 🙂 happy building!

 “Let’s keep playing fair and honest “ ? As you shared in this forum that you and others gather in dead open clubs to exchange wars items (which is a satellite club) and is a clandestine activity and simply another form cheating! Playing fair and honest...don’t think so ☹️

Our team is open to all its not closed to anyone. We have a few new members and some for a few years. There is no animosity towards anyone by anyone. Yes we sell war items to team members if they are short of them. That is within the rules. If someone has spare Daniels city takes them. In the 30 months in the team no one has been excluded by us or by the mods. We keep it friendly at all times. Life is too short for petty squabbles. Some of our members are disabled and it gives them a little respite. 

@rhynd50  Please understand my response is not directed to you or your club in any way...you haven’t stated that you meet non club members in open dead clubs to trade war items...they are defined as satellite clubs and have been identified as cheating which the poster knows.

Apologies, I’m pretty new here. No offense meant. 
over the past month or so our team try to have a war at least once a week. However the past three wars have been disasterous not because we were not prepared or sore losers. Being beaten by a better team is fair and square which there are absolutely no issues with. We were beaten in our last war by cheats. Only magnatisim was used, over 100 times by one player. As a team we notified via Mail, nothing happened we heard about at least. The war before that we were beaten by 500,000 points again no word on action. This time around, I had one left to rebuild, I put a sheild on myself and two other team members. I came onto my main city I had 12 damage again but no sheild buster had been used. 
three wars one after the other of opponents using unfair means then not having a response from the mods (till today) has caused much anger and frustration in our team. I’m of the opinion that this forum is a lifeline to honest players. I’d like to thank everyone for their assistance. 🙂

@rhynd50  No apologies needed and I certainly understand your frustration. There is an element of both honest and less than honorable individuals in this forum...I attribute much of that to EA’s representatives for there unwillingness to post in the open forum what they have written in private messages. This provides an unnecessary gray area which reasonable folks know is not right but some extort to their advantage. Problem is there are legal issues to consider when you post a private message you received in a public forum without express written approval of the writer. Hacking is merely one form of cheating... Good luck, hopefully you won’t run into anymore hackers or cheaters.

I feel your pain, our club works hard farming and helping each other out with teamwork. It seems like every 3 matches we face hackers. Worst when j work hard to try to win a contest of mayors only to get beat for first place by a hacker. You can you tell by their war rank, items and average war score of over 150k

We all understand that EA is constantly fighting hackers. Experienced players see the results of this work.
But the response speed of the support service in such cases is not sufficient. Blocking a hacker during a war seems like a miracle ...
Submitting a complaint from the game requires you to specify your ID, which should be known in advance. It is not comfortable.
Also, I doubt that our screenshots can quickly identify the club and ID of the hacker ...

I invite respected Developers to consider adding one-click complaint buttons to the military panel.
This will automate and significantly speed up the processing of complaints. I am sure that using such a button directly from the game you can transfer the ID of the club and the ID of the player you are complaining about.
To avoid abuse, you should limit the number of complaints - for example, no more than one per war.

We are playing in A6 and every weekend i report a cheating team, i believe cheats only play at weekends, the weekday wars seem to be ok.this latest team , top player has 19 bombs level 9 and above, say to go up to level 10 B Movie, you need 140 cards at 120 sim cash per card, thats 4,200 sim cash. which you can buy for £100can this guy be spending£500+ on this game.  I dont think so.....we tried turtling, staying under sheild  but of course they have level 9 and level 10 shield busters. so we just have to wait it out . makes a very boring game.

We played hackers last war, 5 of us reported in the end out of frustration and none of them get removed. Obviously they won by a lot as hackers do.

Then we've started a new war and I've been booted! I'm not hacking or cheating, I've earned my cards. Oh well, not much I can do now but open a support ticket

In our club today, at the stage of preparation for the war, an honest player was removed.

He received no messages.
After that, very strange problems arose with his warehouse. Some of his products are not being viewed. He should describe this in the support request.
But he is not banned - we can trade with him, we can come to him. To check, he joined another club ...

This seems to be a pretty serious glitch.

Seems they have some problem sending random (and innocent) mayors to the hacker server. Some have already came back after a few hours. 

This glitch happened a few times in the past too, usually when EA did some update like mayors pass or new building pack etc. Seems this time it’s related to the new challenge or its task. You’ll be able to come back if you are clean. 

If you or your teammate still can’t come back, contact the technical support. Hope they will bring you back to the normal server soon!

I was brought back to the normal server in a couple of hours. Still I need to sit out the war that I got booted from. Not too happy about that
