I have the same problem - the error message just says "Hello, Mayor! Something went wrong. Please try again later." I can dispatch other trains from other stations, but one train and station are now stuck. (I have the most up-to-date version, and I've tried re-starting the device, and also on a different device, but the problem remains.)

Same here 2 trains got stuck just now dispatching passengers

I have the same issue.  I restart the game but it still doesn't work.  Then I try to store the train station, but it says I have to dispatch the train first! 😭

I have 3 trains stuck in a station IPad 11‘ M3 IOS 26.4.2

I’ve got one train stuck as well - I’ve rebooted my ipad twice but it’s still stuck.

Update: I now have three trains stuck. 

more info:

train 1: flying sim/ large railway station.

train 2: Simeo plus b/ a different large railway station.

train 3: LM grade 23/ medium railway station.

Might depend on the train, because dispatch worked for Flying Sim, Quill Railroad OP1. 

Also dispatch of Strings is not possible

Yup. Same error message as above..  timer ran out on prize so lost that. Can’t store train. Please fix and compensate us.

3 trains stuck, started when they introduced new type of wagon that we do not have yet :(

My clubmates have the same problem.

Have also got the same problem with 3 trains stuck, 2 of them have material and construction cargo on board ready for delivery. Yet another bug that needs to be fixed ASAP. Have now got 4 trains stuck, trains unplayable.

Yeah, I have a task for an observation carriage, and it states it isn't available yet. It's impossible to complete the task. And I have trains stuck too.

Same issue, got 2 trains stuck on my 2 largest stations. I am at mass Transit level 8 but the tasks I have are requiring carriages I don't yet have.

Edit : after reinstalling and trying again, the issue still persists, and ive managed to get a 3rd train stuck. Am running out of stations and trains 🥲

Edit 2: after the glitchy task expired, able to dispatch those trains 😌

Freight trains can be dispatched, but not passenger trains.

Same thing for me. I loaded a train (people and items), but the game doesn't allow to start the train. If I open the train list I can see the stucked train with the message "Please load the train". But the train Is FULL! The game see the train empty but It Is full, so I can neither load It (be cause It Is already full), nor start It (be cause for the game It Is empty). Result: stucked train and stucked station!!!
