I'm not familiar with ColorOS, but as it is an Android variation, it may have the option: Are you able to try changing the resolution to FHD or WQHD to see if it improves the behavior?
@roccodonovan8 - I just want to confirm: Are you getting the same issue that is listed in the screenshot on the original post?

@EA_Arrenai Can't find how to change resolution to FHD. Thank you so much for the help. Maybe I'll just wait for the next update of Sim City if there will be any changes. A really big thanks! 🙂
