Teapots are htf in Global Trade as you only have a one-in-three chance of getting one after completing a cargo flight to London. Lawnmowers are htf,  too; Try and make them ahead of time, or look for them between Contests of Mayors, Also, you may be able to get help from other players. Consider joining a Mayor'so Club. You can find the Clubhouse on the island next to the CoM island. 'Hope this helps.
