But I don't know how to report fraud from that page.
I also report fraud in chat.
However, the EA only displays the above URL.
Is it no longer possible to report fraud?

I found this post by @EA_Lanna about how to report cheating:
I dates from march 2020 though, so I can't say if this option still works.
But you might try this link:

On the bottom of the page select 'report a player' in the drop down menu.

I was able to report from the URL you gave me.
As before, I received a reply via email.
My war has already ended with a KO loss. But I did report it.
