Hi @sanostyle9999,
Special items can drop randomly from the thought speech bubbles and the video speech bubbles once the clip has ended. Your special item collection will build over time but if you're finding that's taking too long to happen, the game lets you speed up this process by using simcash to purchase the missing special items and complete that lot of land either.
