@httaM000  The first thing I would do is check the status of my roads...it’s the quickest and simplest to do. Click on the road symbol and select upgrade - look for any sections that are yellow (only red sections provide an alert) and upgrade accordingly. If you have to upgrade, give it a couple of minutes to see if this favorably impacts your happiness.

If your roads are fine or upgrading didn’t solve the issue and the problem is in your Capital simply double click city hall as if you were going to relocate it and all your residences will reflect a bright green happy face on it...at 99% you most likely have one that is a little less bright with a somewhat yellowish tint. Contingent to the number of residences you have it may be a little challenging to find, but the change in color it is noticeable enough with patience and focus. Once you find the culprit see if there is any message that may indicate what the problem is...if not start clicking on services such as parks, education, entertainment, etc. and determine if there is sufficient coverage. Sometimes the residence may be located near a less than desirable facility and needs to be relocated. You have to play around with it a little but normally it’s nothing major.

If the problem is in a region, the process is the same except there is no town hall and I have not found a simple method to view the happiness of the region (if someone is aware of a method it would be helpful) so the process is double click each building until you find the issue...much more tedious but it works.
