Search in facebook for SimCity BuildIt and groups will come up.  Join one or more of the groups and in those groups, if you're active in them like you are here then you'll become friends with as many people as you need.  Just remember, the game maximum is 100 friends even if you have 1000 on facebook.  Anything above 100 friends on facebook, for each new one you add, someone will drop off in the game, so you're best to keep your in-game friend count under 100.
