I updated my iOS device and lost all my data on simcity. I did back up my city to game centre. I completed the tutorial to load my city. I had three cities:
1. New tutorial city
2. Old city from a year ago
3. City before iPhone update
I would like to load the city before the iPhone update, but only the old city and the tutorial city show up. Is there any way to recover my city?
@41brobbo it sounds like you took the right steps with the backup at game center. have you sent a request to ea support to help you yet? sometimes they can see any problems with your data. just a suggestion. good luck!
Afaik it is not possible to save two cities in the same game center account. If you didn't back up your newest city to a different account I think you have played one year without saving your progress and you never recognized it. In this case i think all your data of your newest city is lost.
