You need to make sure that you are using Facebook to sing into your city. Then when you download it on your new phone, play through the tutorial, click on settings, and sign in through Facebook....or google+ or Game Center.

Judging by your post count, I'm assuming you're affiliated with EA. If that's correct, why don't you all read and respond to all the questions in the discussion forum and reply to all the questions and complaints?

The only users affiliated with EA have names prefixed with "EA_" like "EA_Kristi" and "EA_Barry" etc., or as a suffix, such as "AmelieEA" and they have a title such as "Community Manager." They do not answer every single post, or even very many of them, although I believe they do watch for trends. This is a forum for users to help other users. No user, even those who are listed with "hero" status, is required to read or answer any (or every) particular post. Everyone is a volunteer giving their own time to help others. Volunteers pick and choose which posts to answer based on their own particular expertise and experience. EA has official help lines that can be utilized if you think you have an issue that is unique, or requires access to your account, or cannot be resolved by another user pointing you in the right direction. (That information and those links are pinned at the top of the forum.)
