restarting in simcity build it

I downloaded simcity build it and I just wanted to know if we can restart our city?

I was able to restart my city on the Nexus.
Settings > Apps > Sim City > Clear Data.
That did it for me. Hope that helps.

How would I restart my city on an iPhone? I was messing around with the trade depot and all of a sudden I lost my cash (I had almost 100). I do not mind restarting but do not wish to continue playing since I am not sure what happened to my cash.

To restart on the iPhone, simply erase the game from the phone. That clears all the data. Then re download

  when i reconnect facebook, the old data is restore

  No it won't it will only remove it locally. If you backed up youre save to FB,gamecenter or google play that save is permanent.
  So starting a new game wil only last if you play off-line. As soon as you log into FB or what else you use it wil overwrite the newone with the old.
