Restore progress - Simcity Buildit

Tried restoring game on my new replacement android using Google play and Facebook but after downloading and being forced to play tutorial, I could not connect to previously saved game.
Any clue how to fix this?

    Okay. I decided to go to app manager on my phone and clear data and force stop for SimCity Buildit app. I reentered game and it had me do the tutorial again and I was able to sign in after. Hope I helped someone else!
