Sim City BuildIt - Game Reset - Purchased SimCash Gone

Good morning.  I downloaded Sim City BuildIt from the Google Play store on 21 Dec.  I then purchased 2 Big Sacks of SimCash via Google Play: one on 21 Dec and one on 22 Dec.  Each purchase cost 48.- ...

Hi, 

Sorry to hear that your city was reset and you lost your purchaes. Can you contact our support in-game (You'll reach it by going to Settings - Help - Contact Us) so that they can investigate the issue.

    I have already contacted EA via the link in the Google Play purchase receipt.  Do I still need to go via the in-game support?
