Sorry to hear that your city was reset and you lost your purchaes. Can you contact our support in-game (You'll reach it by going to Settings - Help - Contact Us) so that they can investigate the issue.

I have already contacted EA via the link in the Google Play purchase receipt. Do I still need to go via the in-game support?
