Simcity build it App developer

Hello there, my name is Mr R lioe i have been playing this game for about 4 months now. 

i really enjoy playing this game and the graphic is also very awesome. 

but i like to ask the management team or your technical support people. 

For the last past months i have been encountering issue with this game.

 when i start playing the game the lighting effect of the game change regularly from bright to low brightness constantly. 

I dont think this is a problem with my device because my device is fine and my environment also. 

Can you please investigate this issue and also i cant view other people cities too, not as in the beginning when i start playing the game. 

I would appreciate your kind help please and also i would really enjoyed if i would be able to view other’s people city. Thank you.

ps: i was having privacy issue in the beginning of playing but everything is good now except for the lighting effect.

    Hi, you do realise that the graphics do change and it goes from daylight to night time as in a real time scenario. Otherwise check your settings in the game to make sure and possibly upgrade it.

    You were advised in another of your posts about lighting/brightness to turn off auto-brightness on your device.

    Did you even try to do that? 🤔

    Hello, Yes auto brightness is off already. It has been off since i setup my phone. Also i have checked the setting and i cant see any wrong that could cause.. the problem. 

    Could it be Apple support people or your team members playing the settings on your end or google moderators or an unauthorise person miss using my apple account or apple id icloud like in multiple people playing on other devices? 

    see even your user id bed lam. You cant judged and point to people private issues like that friend use a good username. 

    Is my business isnt where i want to be. You cant stalked tracked people like that. I think you are the one who is close to me in location wise. Who is monitoring my gameplay. 

    Dont bully2 others just because you are stronger and more confident or hold a status.

    @0dekcmvwmoht Not bullying, not in any way affiliated with EA either.
    Just tired reading the same posts from the same person about the same thing.
    I volunteer my time here, you waste it with multiple posts about the same issue.

    Hello, thank you for your kind adviced and encouragement.  I think people has been using my account on another device. Or miss use. That is why i see multiple or constant background changes. Like the day and night scenario on their gameplay for example. Could be just a thought. 

    because i belief people has been using mt account.

    maybe on a samsung or other kind of device like a pc laptop too.
