Right now I am not sure what can be done about this issue. Some apps dont work with some devices and may never work with them. Hopefully the developers will update the app to work with more devices. Good luck

I have a galaxy tab 4 running kit kat, and game works okay on it, besides the crashing in GTHQ. I found that game won't run in any android version below kit kat though, previously had a device with jelly bean and it was a no go. Just make sure your device is up to date in your settings with current version and hopefully that will work.
- ApprovedAnonymous11 years agoThe game doesn't seems to work and even exist on my new phone a wiko getaway. French cellphone very known. I would like ti know if the game will be available soon ? ...
I can play it by install it with the .apk of the game but I can't save my progress nor login on my account. So I believe my phone can run the game... not a matter of composant.
Please hear the voice of a fan make it happen. Develop it for wiko cellphones this is marked 'solved' but the answer is 'it may just never work' ??? interesting. this isn't the first app that's not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, but i don't see why it couldn't be. (words from a non-tech guy) i'd love to play, but it just says 'Your device isn't compatible with this version' My OS is all up to date and everything from what i can see. any word on changes?
- My phone to is not also compatible with the game but when i download the apk game through the internet it runs normal but how come the playstore says not compatible

I played Buildit on my Samsung S5 for the better part of a year without any issue. Then, with the last update, I got this compatibility error & the game is rendered useless. This made getting to level 35 & a half million Sims an absolute waste. When I looked for SimCity Buildit in the Google Play Store, when it popped up, it said that the game wasn't compatible and now, this evening, I can't even pull it up in the from there. Do the developers know the people with Androids are having is issue? To say that we should hope that the developer with the next update is not a solution. To declare this issue solved doesn't answer the question. This problem needs to remain open & stamped on the foreheads of the developers until they actually fix the problem & people, up until now, who lost their ability to enjoy this game on their Androids can once again reload and resume has we did before this update screwed it up. Only then can you declare this solved. That all said, the question remains: is EA working to resolve this compatibility issue? When will EA be able to publish the real solution?
