Loading the game vertically is horrible cannot see half of the advisors,, Also the Icons are TINY now with the viewable screen almost not playable. No option to tilt your phone??

I am also experiencing this issue since update on Galaxy note 10.1 2014. It won't zoom out so I can view the whole city, and all bubbles and manufactured items are super tiny. Makes the game almost unplayable. Don't have this issue on my Samsung S4. Have rebooted and reinstalled.. No help.
