SimCity Buildit - Restore Game and Data Lost After Update

Question

The SimCity Buildit game had an update last week. After download, I was unable to access the game on my iPad. I followed the EA instructions and still cannot get the game back. I need it restored. My log in email address is [edit: email address removed]

My SimCity Buildit game city name is Linx Land. My SimCity Settings ID is 325175563.

I've been playing the game for almost 4 years. I really do not want to start over.

If you are missing your progress then you will need to speak with&nbsp;one of our&nbsp;phone&nbsp;or chat support advisers who will be able to take a look at your account and see what they can do.

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
