Sim City Cephlapoid ....the Doc Vu's Octopus. What a waste of resources. If you have to use war resources give war items in the reward boxes. I expended lots of war supplies and I get a life ring ..... really. Make the reward match the action. Use city Vu attacks if you are going to give non war supplies as a reward. Now I am at war and have no ducks or plungers and none coming up any time soon. Really disappinted on this one.
I got 5 gold keys, not an amazingly fantastic reward but if time with him is used cleverly he can definitely help win wars if you think about it. From my experience you don't have to attack him and the only way he interferes with wars is he depletes your war items but as I said you don't have to attack him. If he's behaves like the export hqs and only appears when you click the research boat that would be perfect. I wouldn't mind seeing Steve as a permanent fixture to be honest.
Would be nice if he gave out some war simoleans. 1000 war simoleans maybe? That way he can replace some of the weapons or help people who've lost a few wars buy some much needed boosts.
