Simcity Buildit radius bug

Hello all,

I ran into a problem where one of my fire station's radius does not work, for example when I hold the building to move it around i can see the green radius covering residential buildings, but soon as I place down the fire station the radius dispears and all the residents that were supposed to be coverd are now left in red radius, and the buildings are then on fire while the fire station is right next to them.

Also my farmers market now oddly has become a "residential building", it needs water/power supply and the whole thing, and requires fire, hospital and police services.

Can someone please help me out cuz this issue really ruins the whole gaming experience.

This is a known bug. So the good news is they are aware of it. The bad news is we don't know when they will actually fix it for us.

This happened to my Hospital. I've contacted in-game support about it and the only response I got was (in summary) "we know, wait it out". So instead of my proud 100% happiness rating, I'm sitting at 73% all because my Hospital is essentially a ghost hospital.

Unfortunately, there is no known workaround to get it working again. I've tried everything EXCEPT for bulldozing it and placing another one (because I don't want to shell out another $72,000 just to see).

Bulldozing and placing a new building works. For expansive buildings it might not be the best solution, but as far as I know the only solution.

I would not. Demolish my buildings. Gamedevs are trying to hold us back. 🙂 fix it please.
