Simcity Buildit Update October 2023

This morning Simcity Buildit prompted me to update, with promise of a reward. After installing I am unable to open the game. Tried clearing cache and restarting, but no luck. Is there a solution that...

Thank you.  The game won't load at all, so I'm pretty sure I'll need to uninstall the app.  I am connected with google play.  Very good to know that I will need to build a house before I can reload a city!
