Question

Since the newest update, my game no longer works. It says I am offline and I cannot complete any mayors pass challenges.

I have tried multiple times to find a solution on the EA website but cannot find anything. Each link is irrelevant and not helping me find a solution. Where can I find a simple answer to contact someone who knows how to fix game issues?

@Moochie888 Is everything else up to date on your device?
Like the operating system or security patches?
If not, try that and don't forget to restart your device and check for further updates.
Without knowing any details about your device nobody can help you.
If it is an older model, running an older operating system it might be unable to run the game now.
Does it meet the game's minimum specs?

Just a few thoughts but I hope you can resolve your issues. 👍

I have not updated my device however, I will do this and see what happens. My device is also one of the newest models so there should not be an issue with the operating system.

What are security patches and where do I find them?

Also, how do I found out about the games minimum specs?

@Moochie888 The security updates will and where to find them are totally dependant on the operating system.
There would be no point in me telling you where for an Android device if you are using something else.
You could try going into your settings and tapping "about tablet" or phone and taking it from there.
