Every time my internet goes out while I am playing, or sometimes when the week ends on a competition, I can’t dispatch trains. It seems to be a glitch that resolves itself after a few hours. Very annoying.
Your stations must be near residential buildings and attached to the grid with tracks and roads, basically in a loop.
