Since latest update I can’t connect, severs not connecting

Additionally, I had trouble downloading the extra stuff once the app updated. I had to delete and reinstall the app altogether to even get this far.. and yes, I’m connected to the internet. I’m using...

This may be an App Store issue, but out of curiosity were your cities backed up on App Store and/or Facebook before updating or uninstalling? If so, have you clicked the tools or settings icon and reconnected to the App Store and or FB, whichever you used before? Just an idea while your waiting for a response from support.

Thanks for the suggestion but my city is backed up by all 3 options (apple, FB, Game Center). 

also - Ea responded to me but sent basic troubleshooting steps that I’ve already tried….
