Ok I'm level 55 have 4 regions and alot of hot spots but to date I've achieved 14 epic buildings all in capital city the hot spots have been of no benefit in achieving any of these builds. Now the hot spots are based on regions so seems pretty unnecessary to need to have them in my capital city to be able to use them in epic events. So how do I get and epic build to move to a region?
I'm guessing this useless event will be over before I get to use it.

If you would like for an Epic Project to appear in a Region you must have a fully built Regular/Original Residential Building in a Region. If you do not have the time or resources to build one in one in time to take advantage of this Triple Epic Hot Spot Weekend, you may want to consider temporarily storing your Regional Hot Spots in one of the following categories: Education, Transportation, Entertainment, Gambling, or Landmarks then placing them (again, temporarily) in your Capital City for the event.
There's still time enough to build at least two!🙂
