Some houses do not hook up to the grid

Twice now I've had new houses which otherwise should have power, water, fire services, etc, not acknowledge the fact.  The house is served by a road.  I even put a fire department right next to it, and it still said no fire services.  Yet as soon as I move the house itself, even one spot, it's fine.

Is this a bug?

    Sometimes you need to restart your phone to get a hard reset and usually everything works properly after that. Happy building 🙂

    Thanks, I tried that, still didn't help.  Only moving the house from that spot fixed it.
