I thought about doing that but I'm almost lvl 32 with 370k population.
My city is pretty cool atm and I would like to start over but on antoher device, with another account.
However I disagree about your tip where you say to use smaller stations. At the very beginning, yes. But as you can see in the image below, it's always better to use the bigger ones.
You need to take in consideration space, area, capacity, price, dirt, etc.
In my case, I really need space, so I built a Fusion Plant, which is the most expensive, however it's the best space x capacity benefit.

- ApprovedI saw the error of my ways early on, and quickly changed them to avoid problems. I'm on level 10, with 72k, and my people worship the ground I walk on. Study the statistic maps constantly. Look at your levels. A simple switch of location can drastically improve your numbers.
