Stop upgrading buildings

Yes , I remember my first simcity games (simcity 3000 - 4 ) , i remember you have a separate options, small green residential zone, medium green residential zone, and the high residential zones with a dark green color, with those you decide the kind of buildings, small green were little houses while dark zones were for  big buildings, i liked  to make areas of only small houses.

But this Simcity Buildit is so different in that, you have always the duty of doing only big ones. Also i liked some buildings and i don't like change those.
