[Suggestions] Improvements for the game

I'll have one request only, which I'm sure has been requested already:
Fix the Global Trade Market:
- When you browse it and you find the item you want, you know who is selling it because when you click it, you're redirected to the vendor's city.
- Instead of redirecting to the vendor's city, execute the transaction from the Global Market. If 2 people click at the same time, send the message "Item is no longer available" for the slowest one.
It's really time consuming, frustrating and annoying to look for what you want. The market doesn't work 80% of the times.
I even created a rule for it: "If you want it, you'll not get it".
I cannot see a major complication on enabling the transaction from the trade market aside from 2 or more people, but I believe this is managable.

A visible timer on the global trading HQ exp. 5min until it refresh, buy instantly valuable time is lost. By the time u get to sellers city item is long gone.
Also the ability to stop a building from upgrading, it's not fun to have all skyscrapers! Plz give us the chance to stop a building from upgrading, I've been trying many different ways to keep a well balanced city ranging from trailer trash to deluxe apartments, but it's next to impossible to do and keep ur % up to get "enough" cash from taxes
When a building reach a desired lvl we need a "lock" button next to ask for new plans, also the upgrade bubbles make me uneasy and gives me a feeling of I need to do something.... Can they be put away? Maybe see what's ready for upgrade from the residential menu on the right side of the screen
Ps. An airport the size of stadium/expo/opera house, would be awesomeTap icons to start production instead of swipe.
Trade Depots scroll up and down instead of side to side (what's with that?!). I am getting finger cramps from side scrolling!
An accounting function to track all my purchases and sales, so I know if I'm ahead or not. Average per day would be a good way to track if I'm getting better at managing or not.
