[Suggestions] Improvements for the game

With so many suggestion and great ones I might add... Has EA commented or acknowledge them!?
I would like to suggest Fire, Police and Health buildings can be "cashed in" as your city grows it's painful to continue to try and use the smaller ones you originally purchased when first starting. Maybe let you combine 2 small for a medium, 2 medium for a large ect... Moving your city around as it grows is unavoidable. I also saw a suggestions to pause the game so you could rearrange. Brilliant idea!! I'd like to add to that with offering a "place hold" to store the buildings while u move them. That way you can arrange fire, police and health without anything in the way. I spent 4 hours rearranging my city to only become frustrated and ultimately worse off then when I started. I hope EA looks at the forum.
