[Suggestions] Improvements for the game

EA recently made an update on Global HQ. They fixed the crashing while browsing and added a timer of 30 seconds on refresh. While these are good it still doesn't solve our problems.
After reading their comments on how the Global HQ works I can understand what they mean and how it works. Essentially it's not a Trade Center but more of an advertising catalog in my books. Cause if you think about it, I have a building in my city where I put things I want to sell and then have the option to advertise them to the world. And just like any advertising campaign with limited stock, first come, first server.
Also I noticed a lot of users asking, well why can't I just buy the item I want straight from the HQ and I have to visit each persons city? Well the answer is simple, as I stated above it's not an actual trade center but more of a catalog. If EA were to implement what people are asking, click to buy, that means each time you click, they have to query the users warehouse to see if the item is still there, because remember friends of the user can visit him and buy things from his warehouse, and then automatically retrieve the item for you, which in return would put tremendous stress on the server and possibly leading to more bugs and crashes.
I think we should keep the current style, but rename it to something else, but also add a new Trade Center which will work in a different way. In another game I use to play, if you wanted to sell something you went to the Auction House and posted your items their. Which meant the items our no longer on your side of the game but more in the Games warehouse lets say. This way it will be easier In my opinion to implement the click and buy solution everyone wants. And once your item is sold and since EA implemented an Inbox, we can receive our money from our Inbox.
Also since this would be a very good solution to most of us, I think, maybe we can set a population requirement so it's not accessible to everyone at first.
