The biggest thing I think this game needs is a way to friend people in the game. Not on FB. No one wants to clog up there facebook with a bunch of friends they only know by playing this game.
Another thing that would be nice is to add a city editor. So you could redesign your city outside of gameplay then load it after you have finished. It is very difficult to move one building at a time and it is hard to figure out what building is of what type etc. An editor where you could remove everything and then place it all back in new positions.
