Sunny isles, The railroad track is not connected the bridge

You're doing it wrong. There is no bug preventing rails linking any of the islands in Sunny Isles 😎 

Only in the last area (last bridge). Other areas can do.

Try and see if you have a road built under it. I had the same problem for a while. 

I have the same problem,  everytime I try to connect the railway to the bridge,  it crashes the game. 

No road under the place of connection,  I can build rails up to the connection point,  but once I put in the final raiil piece, it crashes the game and takes away all the rail I built prior. 

I've just removed a section of track at the bridge you mentioned, then relaid it.

No crash.
