Re: SuperSim E5 and terrible game support

My issue has not been resolved for over 2 months. Support refuses, the forum is silent. Is support always this terrible in this game? Why did other players get a card right away, but I can't get one for 2 months? Your support is horrible, disgusting and useless and doesn't want to do anything

    sorry can't help you, but I pretty much agree with your comments. If you are a single player with this problem, now that most of the others were satisfied, you're kind of left in the dark.  I've been barking about train bridges not connecting. An issue known about from the onset of the trains. Still have not gotten it fixed.  Just play on my friend, or quit like many others are doing.

    I don't understand what they are doing. They answer in 48-72 hours. I just feel like the answers are written by ChatGPT
