Tax is a percentage of what? (simcity buildit)
As above.... I have 114,000 population. My tax is 20% i get 12,000 in tax every 24hrs. Tax cant be a percentage of population....so what is it a percentage of?

Formulas for tax incomes:
up to 5k: 1199+0.336*pop
between 5 and 50k: 2133+0.1493*pop
between 50 and 100k: 7148+0.04864*pop
between 100k and 500k: 10200+0.018*pop
500k and above: 16800+0.0048*pop
In my case it doesn't work at all. Any ideas?
