The Fall of a Tycoon- A Cautionary Tale

This problem is what brought me to the forum for the very first time. I've blown through 400k since the upgrade. Every time I don't play for longer than 3 hours, I come back to abandoned buildings and red streets that weren't yellow when I was there earlier.

The lack of logic and ability to plan is the most frustrating part. I've already hit the million mark for population for that achievement. Maybe going forward, I'll just tear down buildings versus upgrade roads. At least I can build them back for money to pay for road upgrades.
