The game shuts down

I am using a Proscan Android Version 4.4.2 KitKat.  Here are my specs:

When I play the game the game just shut down without me shutting it down myself. What is going on here?  Any help would be nice and thank you.  Sometimes it just shuts down immediately after I activate the game at times.

    Uninstalling and reinstalling the app is actually a very safe procedure @MMMindblank. If you play online and your city is linked to either Facebook, Game Center or Google Play you will not lose anything. Your city would only be lost if you have played anonymously and / or offline at all time.

    If you need to reinstall the game, you will need to play through the tutorial again, but after that you will be asked to log into your account and your saved city will automatically be retrieved from the Cloud.

    If you are logged in with a social account (Facebook/Google Play) I would recommend uninstalling and re-downloading the game.

    Then I will loose everything I did in the past weeks since I played it.  I really don't want to do that.  Is there away that EA can send a fix when they update the game?

    Mine started doing the same thing a couple weeks ago. First it was sometimes when I went to another town. Then randomly while playing and most of the time if I traveled. Lately it kicks out while loading maybe half the time, after random time playing always, and when I travel anywhere or watch a video most of the time. I have played a few months and won't lose everything and start over, so reinstalling is not an option. I still play with limited success and without the ability to travel for goods but a upgrade is needed to make it work right.
