This game is not very player interactive but it might be an interesting idea as a disaster scenario if war were declared , you could build a military base, army, navy, Air Force, even tactical interc...

Someone in another thread suggested the ability to create mini disasters in another person's city.
Perhaps that would be an expansion in the contest of Mayors challenge.
Once you are 'in progress' for a task, you have the ability to use your VU items to create a disaster in one of the contestant's city.
A way to limit this would be for only participating contestants that are actually executing a task.
