There has to be a better way to communicate this to the developers. One of those petition sites maybe. I'm sure there are a hundred things we players could ask for that are just too outrageous. But for the love of a pretty city, THIS is not one of them. We are designing and building so we should be allowed some peaceful enjoyment of our work and the yellow hats are just intrusive nuisances.
If they want to force us to fully upgrade every building to keep us active, then how about letting us choose the final building design out of all the available tiers/options. Charge extra for it even.
This feature personally attacks me every time I log into my city.
If its a disaster or war destroyed zone, fine, leave the ugly hats. But these other three, LET US TOGGLE OFF.
