I agree with you on most of your points and have felt your frustration many times, as far as your title, I don’t think a apology will be forthcoming ever, however staying positive, I would like to think ‘ that they will implement some of yours and many others suggestions in the next update…… The one I’m looking for is added space and possibly a New Region or both, simple enough and think this would be more widely welcomed than the additional shops etc that make gameplay more difficult and tedious. I think EA banks on SimCity being the reining Champion of building games.. but they shouldn’t, you have made some valid criticisms that should be heard, just like the rest of us I’ve run out of space a long time ago, so ‘ buying mayors pass or anything else makes less and less sense as I don’t have anywhere to put them unless I switch them out… it’s supposed to be a building game… but like you …. There’s no more space to build …. So…. EA… you want to keep long term players…. MORE SPACE AND OR NEW REGIONS PLEASE….
I am aware we may never get an apology, but that isn't stopping me from stepping up my rhetoric to hopefully catch more attention in the unlikely scenario where the right person may actually pay attention and maybe effectuate some kind of change.
Well said, I hope someone hears us all’ , this is supposed to be the place where EA monitors closely as customer support puts it…. But I’m not sold on that’’’ I guess we will see in the next update, what changes comes…. I hope … all for the better, there is at least 6-7 people on this forum including yourself that have some helpful intelligent suggestions that they should take note of’. That will make it a better experience for everyone’
