The trains aren't only half baked, they are practically useless and ADD NOTHING to the playing of the game. The trains regardless of how they exist should give an income or happiness boost to the population. Well maybe not a happiness boost because I can't imagine any sane person in this world wanting to live next to a noisy train station.
On one hand I'm open to embracing trains if they are improved and given some purpose to the game (albeit it needs to be optional), but on the other hand I wish for the train system to be scrapped and never mentioned again. The trains are embarrassing in their current state.
