Tower Bridge not connecting utilities

@iubqk3v5jyrr  I had the same issue last Monday. I also thought I was fully updated. Someone advised me to update my iPad to OS 18.1.1. After I did that, there was an update of SimCity BuildIt in the App Store. Perhaps this advice works for you, too. Good luck! Here you see before and after, in my case.
