Tried deleting sim city build it to reinstall to clear COM issue

I deleted game and reinstalled it  to see if that would clear COM issue.  I dispatched 5 trains and upgraded 2 buildings and the daily section is still not posting completed actions .. it has been 2 days since we were told the issue was resolved.  Well it hasn’t been.. when will it be fixed?
