trouble connecting new city with FB account

I created a city that sucked and connected it to my FB account.....Now im working on an awesome city but i cannot connect to my FB account because my old one is still connected.... This game has no restart option.. yes i tried deleting it and re installing it. How do i delete my old city that i do not want anymore?
