Two cities

Hi, I played Simcity on my tablet a few months ago with my Google account, then i stopped playing the game on the tablet. today i began to play it again on my new phone and after i made a good progress for the new one, Google account saves popped out saying i have two cities. To be honest I want to keep the new city on the phone (Local storage one) rather than the old one (Google one). So how can I continue with the new local storage one as the only city to build??
