Unable to return to my capital city - SimCity buildit

I unable to switch from my region to the  capital city. Everytime when i try to do it starts to load then the app closes with the message

" Hello, Mayor! Something truly Epic awaits! To gain access to new buildings connect to the internet and restart the game to download the missing content!"

 But my device is already connected to the internet. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game still not working. Does anybody know how to fix this?

    @saladd18  If you haven’t already you may want to contact technical support through the in game help section and report the issue. You will receive an acknowledgment and within a day or so someone will get back with you. Good luck.

    I have also the same problem. Android 13.

    It's the same message (on screenshot in Polish language).

    Can you tell me how to resolve this problem? I logged to Facebook and Google Play games. Other regions are loading, my capitol city is missing.

    @3vsvb5hsdo2z Hi!! As above comment mentioned seek help from the ingame support. The support team will reach you within a day or two and will help you resolve it.
