Unable to zoom out after update

Please make sure that you are logged in with Facebook/Game Center or Google Play and try uninstalling and re-installing the game (if you are not logged in you could lose your city).

Thanks for the response.  I logged onto my google play account to make sure my city saved.  Then I uninstalled and re-installed, started SimCity Buildit, same "zoomed in" issue.

I'm running the game on my Samsung S3 android phone.  Everything was working before the update, I was able to zoom in and out and see the entire landscape and the great details you guys put in this game.

Now, I can barely zoom out, see on partial parts of the landscape, and alot of the detailing is gone.  Still playable, but now i know how my grandfather feels when he puts on his bifocals 🙂

If you have any other suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it since this is a great game.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling. It didn't work and I still can't zoom out.

Hopefully, @EA_Kristi will see your replies and be able to provide further clarification 🙂  This issue is affecting a number of players who might all like to see a resolution.

If this helps resolve your issue, please click accept solution as this may help others with the same issue to find a resolution as well.  XP is appreciated but not required.

I also have this problem. I haven't played for a month or so because of this problem.
