I now have 3 fully upgraded tokyo town skyscrapers, and they all look the same (it's the Hashimoto Tower).
I was wondering whether it's just bad luck or is there really just one kind of tokyo skyscraper? I think I have seen different ones when visiting other cities.
It's kind of dissapointing, since it takes a lot of tokyo town items to upgrade a zone to a full skyscraper...
Here we go. It an unexciting tower but another for the collection I guess. What do you think?

Its a premium tower (I moved it to take the screen shot in the previous post)
I recall building this tower only using lucky cats. Now i'm not sure it that had anything to do with it or if its just a coincidence !!!
It would be great to know what the factors (if any) are that determine the Tokyo building type. I've tried loads of placement experiments but nothing is conclusive.
My suspicion is its just an algorithm that makes some building more rare than others.
The Matsuda Tower was my 16 fully developed Tokyo tower. The number of buildings might be a factor. How many do you have?

i tried building it on residential zone since it doesnt have details like others like 20 fookin times and no luck
then i tried doing it on tokyo town zone in lux areas a couple of times and no fookin luck also damn!
officially gave up on that
