Video clip bonuses not appearing in game.

I am baffled by the same thing as well; I'm playing on a first gen ipad mini, but my friend plays on an ipad air and gets these video clips several times a day.  I play tons and have not seen one yet on my device (sad panda)

Its infuriating isn't it. I play on both an Ipad 2 and an iphone6 but have not seen them on either machine.

It could be only available to android - they seem to be ads for the play-store. I was getting about a half dozen once a day, but they have since stopped working.

On my Android it seems that I only get them if I'm logged into facebook.  I do not get them if I am not logged in via facebook.  

I believe they are an absolute must.  I don't care about any other rewards other than simcash from them.  I have gotten as much as 8 simcash from one of them, but they average between 1-8 simcash when that is what you get.  My commercial stores would not be nearly as expanded as they are without them.

On another note, I do not own, nor will I ever, any iphone, ipad nor any other apple product, so I cannot attest to the function of these products.  Android is to iphone what pc is to mac.  I'll always be a PC guy just as I will always be an android guy. :P

I play SCBI on three different iOS devices, two of which are linked to Facebook and Game Center. The third device is a really old iPAD not connected to FB or GC and that is the one I get the ads on all the time. Nearly non-stop. The problem is my ipad is so old it keeps crashing on each ad but after restarting the game, the prizes are usually still there. I used to get KEYS all the time, now it's mostly cash. I ultimately want to link the old ipad to another Windows ID and play it on my new iPad Pro, but haven't really figured that one out yet.

For me, it only works every other city I start off. Works the first time, not the second. Then the third, not the fourth, so on so forth
