war cancel feature

Agree....wish there was a better chat system. Over the holidays for example we agreed to  not do war one day but at the last minute someone accepted war and we were matched right away so too late to cancel. I did demote said player as we have enough ppl in various time zones as V.P who participate reg and get advised on what's going on.

I get some people like doing war lots but others don't like every 2nd day, especially when COM is on. So far it's been better and perhaps we just need to start our own FB page where we can communicate more/archive posts for future info etc.

I would agree accept for one minor issue...if a team is losing to a stronger team playing fair they might elect to cancel the war which is completely unfair to their opponent - of course no one is so shallow they would do that in this game 😉 I agree EA needs to feverishly address the cheaters and hacks, recognize the fact that turtles are killing this game and own their rules and share them in the forum so everyone is on the same page (looking the other way sends mixed signals - define what is cheating and what is not).

In reference to playing a team that’s cheating report them and take advantage and win as many war items as possible, beats watching a bunch of individuals hiding in a bubble all day. If you collectively choose not to play a cheater club simply report them and walk away. Good luck.

Please add cancel war option. If war is accidentally started we should have option to cancel it. Or another option allow only president of club to start wars.

I have no war club but a senior member accidentally started a war, I should not have to endure this because of a mistake.

When war was initiated you had 1 hour to accept when EA introduced it. I agree that only the President should initiate War as I too had same problem with a player accidentally starting a War as we are a no War club. Would also help,if on the War screen the button to start War be put in a different place like bottom right of screen instead of in centre, that would alleviate accidentally starting 1.
