It's difficult to count the number of activations of their top scorer as another city on their team has the same name but another player is at 19 activations so far.

I have often heard from our team members that the opponent used a cheat. In all cases there was, after deeper investigation, another good explanation than cheats. I do not believe in such cheats as you reported above. Such important values as the activation of disasters and boosts or the energy are processed on the server side and in my opinion can not be hacked so easily.
